THE ADOUR TRAINING CENTER, PROXIMITY AT THE SERVICE OF EMPLOYMENT Our ambition is to link training to the skills needs of industrial companies in the area. Each year, we train more than 2,500 employees and 580 young people in work-study programs. Nearly 500 companies already trust us to support them in their strategy and strengthen their industrial performance.
The Adour Training Center is the vocational training center for the industry. It is present on 4 sites spread across Adour (Assat, Lanne, Pau and Tarnos), located as close as possible to employment areas. It welcomes learners in continuing education, integration and work-study (apprenticeship and professionalization contracts) in industrial and related professions. Its mission: to develop the talents of the industry of tomorrow. In 2021, 2,700 continuing education trainees and 260 job seekers benefit from training and 580 apprentices are undergoing training in CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, Bachelor and engineers. The Adour Training Center is a member of the UIMM Training Center network.
